Detailed descriptions of each plan, including pricing, features, and usage limits, are available on our website.We may use or transfer data with third-party vendors like Google APIs, OpenAI, and HubSpot to provide various services for our Website and Service. These vendors may collect, store, and process your information on our behalf.
Free Trials and Beta Services: We may offer free trials or access to beta services for a limited period. Unless otherwise stated, any trial period will automatically convert into a paid subscription at the end of the trial period, and you will be billed accordingly. You may cancel the service at any time before the trial period expires to avoid charges.

Price Changes: Elemente reserves the right to adjust pricing for our services or any components thereof in any manner and at any time as we may determine in our sole and absolute discretion. Any price changes will take effect following email notice to you.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law principles, except that any claims arising under the New York Consumer Protection Law or similar statutes shall be governed by the laws of the State of New York.
Dispute Resolution
Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms shall be subject to mediation before commencing arbitration. If mediation is unsuccessful, the dispute shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
Force Majeure
We are not liable for service interruptions due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

Venue
Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or related to these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the Delaware Court of Chancery, except for claims arising under the New York Consumer Protection Law or similar statutes, which may be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction in New York City.
